Paddy O’Brien and Chulrua play old instrumental dance music of Ireland: jigs, reels, hornpipes, polkas, and slides.

Chulrua translates fromthe Irish as “red back.” It was the name and distingushing feature of the favorite woulfound of ancient Irish hero Fionn MacCumhail (Fin MacCool).
