Indiegogo Campain for MORPHOLOGIES: Queer Performance Festival!
Pangea World Theater, 20% Theatre Company and Rare Productions have joined forces to create a first-ever MORPHOLOGIES: Queer Performance Festival. We’re presenting performances and collaborative arts that expose, highlight and expand the spectrum of queer expression and culture, and the transformative social impact it has on the world.
We’ve raised some cash with grants, but we still need $3500 to fund the ASL-interpreters, outreach, marketing and tickets for students so we can make this amazing event accessible for all. It would mean so much if you would consider making a donation at the following link:
http://www.indiegogo.com/morphologies
Just $100 will pay for one night of ASL interpretation, and as a thank you, we’ll provide two complimentary tickets to opening night, complete with VIP seating and drink tickets at the after party. Of course, we’ll accept donations of any size. Please consider making a donation as you are able and helping us reach our goal!
MORPHOLOGIES will take place Nov. 9-19 in Minneapolis at various venues, and will feature performances by
-Scott Turner Schofield (11/9-11/10)
-Ryka Aoki de la Cruz (11/12)
-D’Lo (11/14-11/15)
-Andrea Assaf, Samuel Valdez, and Maria Vale in Outside the Circle (11/16-11/17)
-Qwo-Li Driskill (11/18-11/19)
-And many more local artists TBA in a LOUD & QUEER Cabaret! (11/13)
