An integral part of our family, our volunteers find their experiences at Pangea to be nurturing and enriching. By working closely with the artists of Pangea, they have a tangible connection to the spirit of community and a stake in the artistic process.

People come to Pangea for many reasons: to find release for their creativity and their desire to be of service. What Pangea is able to provide for our volunteers is participation in an exciting and multi-faceted journey in which their viewpoint, their contribution, and their needs are respected.
